Aleesha could establish herself as the best female bodybuilder professional during the later portion of 2010. Aleesha was born into the largest family in which there were athletes. Her father participated in bodybuilding alongside her sisters and brothers. participated in hockey and other sports. Aleesha had played sports before, such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha earned her professional card by her victory at in the NPC USA Championships 2014. Her first competition was in 2008. She competed in 2014 in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro where she was ranked 9th. Her final score for 2015 was 9th. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and in 2016 at her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha was steadily improving since then has won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning at the Chicago Pro Championships. Aleesha's greatest performance came at WOS The Phoenix Rising in 2020. She finished 4th, which was her highest finish. However, the "World's strongest mom" decided to take a break from training for medical reason.
